10. What is the maximum number of pages that the Digi-Vu book can store?
    
    
    The possibility is almost infinite.
    
    
11. Can users download and print the original PDF file that created the Digi-Vu book?
    
    
    Yes, if you would like them to. These two features (print and download) can be locked and unlocked as you wish. For instance, you may produce a monthly magazine costing $5.00, but may wish for the user to only view the book. Simply locking the print and download feature will mean that your users can see the book and then could be directed to a URL to purchase the original PDF for printing.
    
    
12. Does my PDF need to have any special kind of formatting?
    
    
    For the best results we ask that the PDF be Portrait orientation and either A4 or Letter size.
    
    
13. My PDF doesn't fit the guidelines specified by Digi-Vu. What can I do?
    
    
    In this situation you can send the PDF to Digi-Vu using a special option in the management system. At this point a Digi-Vu expert will quickly create the book for you in around the same time it takes to create the book yourself.
    
    
14. I don' t have a PDF, but I do have my content stored in a different file format
    (e.g. .JPG). What can I do?
    
    
    If you have a collection of images, or a word document or another file format, a Digi-Vu expert can easily compile the format into a PDF and then into your Digi-Vu book. This should take around the same time that it takes to create the book yourself.
    
    
15. I have a video that I wish to add to my Digi-Vu book. How can I do that?
    
    
    The following interactive content can easily be dropped into your Digi-Vu book on a bespoke basis:

16. Can I have the Digi-Vu book on my website?
    
    
    We prefer to keep Digi-Vu books on our Rackspace server: Rackspace. They are highly commended and have the best server uptime in the UK at 100%. Therefore, there is no chance of our books going offline, meaning we can have a superb uptime as well, keeping everybody happy. However, to make sure that the Digi-Vu book easily fits into your website, we can provide an iFrame template which will convince your user that they haven’t even left your site. Secondly, your Digi-Vu book can be fully customized to match the identity of your website.
    
    
17. I don't have a website, can I still create a Digi-Vu book?
    
    
    Yes of course. In all circumstances you will be provided with your own URL link to your Digi-Vu book. This will be yours to keep and share.
    
    
18. I am not from the UK; can I still use Digi-Vu?

    We can publish the Digi-Vu book securely on a bespoke CD, USB or other storage platform. We can also publish the Digi-Vu book as a downloadable .EXE file that will run on any Windows machine and does not rely on an Internet connection.
    
    
21. Will the Digi-Vu book work on my mobile phone (e.g. iPhone) ?
    
    
    We are currently working on a mobile compatible Digi-Vu book and are looking forward to testing it on exciting devices like the iPhone. We feel that touch screen mobile phone users will thoroughly enjoy the benefits of being able to flip through the pages with their fingers.
